This oil is ideal for white and red meat dishes, octopus, grilled fish, roasted tuna, intense salads such as rocket, wild chicory, and endive. It pairs excellently with fruit salads or desserts based on exotic fruits, recommended with fresh mango and vanilla ice cream.
