Chiavalon Organic extra virgin olive oil
Our award-winning organic extra virgin olive oil, one of the most powerful natural antioxidants, which specifically targets signs of aging, bringing a sense of comfort and balance to the skin.
It is rich in nourishing lipids that care for and protect the skin, providing anti-inflammatory action, strong antioxidant support, and regenerative and hydrating effects.
Fresh olive pomace is a concentrated source of natural antioxidants – vitamins A, C, E, and β-carotene – as well as minerals such as magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), and zinc (Zn). These bioactive compounds help protect the skin from oxidative stress and actively support its renewal, hydration, resilience, and vitality.
Fresh pomace is sent to a scientific laboratory, specialized in extracting and stabilizing bioactive compounds from natural raw materials, within a few hours of processing, in stainless steel containers, without air (oxygen), and at controlled temperatures.
This was preceded by five years of research into pomace and its composition, stability, and potential before we embarked on the development of cosmetics.
In the laboratory, bioactive compounds are extracted from the pomace, and the active elements obtained are then handed over to a world-renowned cosmetic company in Milan, which participates in the development and production of some of the world’s most famous cosmetic brands. In collaboration with them, we develop formulations and products of the Olive Theory line, ensuring the highest level of expertise, safety, and quality.
In addition to Chiavalon Organic extra virgin olive oil and olive pomace extract, Olive Theory formulations are enriched with carefully selected modern active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, biomimetic amino acid complex, peptides, and plant antioxidants that synergistically act on hydration, elasticity, comfort, and smooth appearance of the skin.

We harvest olives in early October during the so-called early harvest, process them within four hours of harvest in our own ultra-modern, technologically advanced oil mill, at very low temperatures (19–21 °C), preserving their most valuable active ingredients.
Fresh olive pomace extract is obtained through a carefully developed five-phase process, ensuring a health-safe, stable, and high-quality active ingredient suitable for cosmetic application.
The ecological impact of this approach is very important to us, so the productive disposal of pomace and consistent implementation of the zero waste philosophy are integral parts of the system we live by.
